Summer is one of my original characters. If I can even call her that. Um. She's a girl with a sword that I draw pretty frequently since high school. At the time I did this I remember I was working on doing more action-y shots. Thus. Speed lines. Speed lines? Contorted bodies? Bad perspective? Action!!!!
I like this one except for the hair. The hair makes me a little sad. And the sword is a little less detailed than I'd like. But it has stripes! I like stripes. And there's a pirate skull! I like pirate skulls. And it has a pirate skull before I really really really started getting into pirates. Thus proving to myself that I did like pirates from some time before now.
Which makes me happy. Huzzah!
