Favorite anime series ever? Revolutionary Girl Utena.
This is Movie! Utena, whom I prefer drawing just a little bit more.....SHOULDER PADS!!! *loves* I swear, it's the shoulder pads. They do it for me. They're big and clunky and would look so stupid in real life, but I love love LOVE drawing them.
This is one of two drawings I've done of Utena that I've even remotely liked. And this one is better than the other.
